Our SON lighting bundle combines two well engineered German Dynamo lights to provide you with trouble free lighting throughout the dark winter months. The redesigned optics of the Edelux II give a wider brighter beam which is progressively more powerful towards the top. From the rider's view this results in even illumination from directly in front of the wheel to the far distance. The SON rear light is a zero fuss solution and was designed with one thing in mind: functionality. A built in capacitor, also known as a standlight, keeps the light on when you are stationary. This will occur until the capacitor has run out of charge once you start moving again it will start to charge back up, the standlight feature keeps you safe at busy junctions and visible on dark country intersections. Front Light Wiring Options:
Standard (Twin Hub) connections are 2 spade connectors to the hub terminalsThe Coaxial Adapter replaces the 2 spade connectors with a neat single plug-in from wiring to hubThe Coaxial Adapter & Junction Box includes a port along the cable to connect a charging device (NB; the charging device wiring may need adapting for the male plug into the port)
Please note that the Edelux II light with the co-axial adapter AND junction box is only available with a 60cm cable. A longer cable including a junction box can be configured by the addition of the separate 80cm Coaxial Junction Box with Connector and Adapter (72635):
