Description	Allows 1 1/8" (28.6mm) steerer tube forks with a 30mm step at the base to be used in a frame with a 44mm internal head tube diameter. As used with our Elan Mk1 Steel Forks in conjunction with the FSA Orbit ITA Headset. 36 degree inner angle.
