Its centre slick provides awesome rolling efficiency on pavement and packed dirt, while the shoulder lugs take over in the turns, digging in for confidence in loose corners. Centre tread is smooth to minimise rolling resistance and maximise speed. Transition lugs are tightly spaced to provide progressive initial cornering traction. Side lugs are spaced out to dig in while cornering and when riding over loose surfaces. 'Durable' offers a robust composition with a woven nylon layer in the sidewall and tread cap to protect the tyre against punctures, abrasions, and lacerations. 'Light & Supple' rolls more comfortably and weighs less than its counterpart, though it offers less puncture protection. |
